Orders will be shipped upon receipt of full payment.
All goods will be checked for damage and operation. If there would be damage on the item, please contact us by email.
We are not responsible for incorrect orders or data passed by customers.
If there is any doubt by ordering an item, please contact us with your question before you order and give us the right data of your car: brand, model, year of construction, engine capacity and vinnumber.
Deliveryterms depend on availibility of the product and/or deliverytime of the manufacturer & delivery company as well as destination.
Efforts will be made to ship every order as soon as possible.
Some items can only be picked up from our shop during opening hours, because of oversized dimension, weight or destination.

When the customer wants to pick up the goods, we take contact by phone or email as soon as the order is in stock or as soon as the order arrives. When shipping a package, an email will be send with track & tracenumber so package can be traced. The seller is not responsible for any delay or failure to supply by manufacturer or shipping company.
When a certain item is not available anymore, we look if we can help the customer with an alternative and contact to discuss. When there is no alternative, goods will be paid back the same way as payment was due within period of 14 days.
Return of the goods will be accepted when undamaged and unused products are send back in undamaged original packaging within period of 14 days. When there is damage or commissioning, damage will be charged or will be deducted from the returnable amount.
Shippingcosts will be refunded when a full order has returned. When only part of the order returns, shippingcosts will not be refunded.
Shippingcosts for return are on behalf of customer. Within period of 14 days after receiving the goods, the refund will be issued on the same way payment was due within period of 14 days. In case of warranty, the decision of replacement or refund will be made by manufacturer.
The seller is not liable for force majeure, accident, incorrect usage or mishandling the product by the customer.
Returns need to be send by email within period of 14 days with exception of case of warranty which is under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
